RE: I am concerned this might happen again Winter accumulation will have to step it up big tiime in the next six weeks for this scenario to happen in 2012. Farmers in the area already recognize much dryer conditions at this point. Last year was an exceptional year for moisture and having very little rain last fall, may have been an indicator that snowfall may follow suite.
As a comparative, do you have any photos of the area surrounding the Belle Plain facility from 2011?
