RE:RE:RE:RE:I'm Thinking This is a Yes VotePablo, at least they aren't trying something really stupid, like say offer the Debenture Holders 14 cents on the dollar, in some kind of transaction.  We've seen that game, before.

Zargon has no bank debt, and just the one small loan-shark loan, for which the US assets where pledged as collateral.  By not having a bank line, they are in better shape than many companies, out there.

I agree with you that the banks were always reducing their exposure, and trying to pile off the debt in these debenture deals.  So Zargon could take out their debenture debt, then the banks will be eager to lend them more money, in some way, to perpetuate the cycle.
