RE:Pro & Con

RE:Pro & ConAfter looking at the presenation, I am a bit more comfortable..

Have a few questions that I have fired off to IR.. Will post when I get a reply..

Bottomline is, Shafter as it stood had a number of road blocks, additonal financing requirements to Price of Silver to further drilling etc. to get started so only option was being taken out by a well financed company.. If that had happened, it would have been on the cheap any ways in terms of valuation..

Based on the presentation, you can see that this deal has been in the works for a while and a lot of things have already been agreed between the major share holders and the management so odds of this going through as presented are good..

If they execute, us long suffering share holders will have to add more shares at some point to make any money from the old shares.. We have reversed split once and now another 1 for 5 is upon us.. I figure after the upcoming reverse, based on my average cost, share price will have to be $ 15 to $ 20 to get my original investment back :(
