Lithium's Dynamic Market & CELL's Prime Opportunity
Transactions in the lithium space are continuing to remain robust and hold substantial value despite current market conditions, as seen with LAC sealing a transaction valued at $470M last month.
This transaction additionally emphasizes the strategic importance of lithium assets, "particularly those with significant potential for production and growth". With a 32% increase in lithium demand expected this year, the market remains robust.
A Prime Opportunity in the Evolving Lithium Landscape
Focused on developing high value targets toward a viable lithium resource in North America, CELL has a strong presence with three lithium projects in Nevada.
Positioned as a promising contender in the lithium market, CELL's Clayton Valley Project is located in the only producing lithium brine system in the US with amazing potential for lithium clay-hosted deposits.
Having previously released a NI 43-101 Technical Report at the Clayton Valley Lithium Project, CELL now has its 2024 exploration program underway, consisting of a detailed soil sampling and CSAMT geophysical survey to plan the first phase of its drill program.

"Rangefront is a company that our geological team has successfully used several times in the past for lithium exploration work in Nevada for both Grid and other companies that we have managed in the past, including work done by Surge Battery Metals. This soil sampling program will take place immediately, and the CSAMT survey will begin on March 18, 2024 by experienced operator KLM Geoscience. This soil sampling together with planned geophysics and geochemistry on our Nevada lithium property, will allow us to select drill targets for subsequent exploration programs later in the year. Here, we plan to select four drill locations to reach depths of 1000 ft each. After this is complete, Grid plans to create a 3D model and provide an interpretation of the underground area for its shareholders."
Holding the only producing lithium brine system in the US, Clayton Valley holds amazing potential for lithium clay-hosted deposits and is renowned for its lithium extraction potential.
Furthermore, CELL's Clayton Valley Claims border Albemarle's (ALB) Silver Peak Lithium Project, the only producing lithium mine in North America that is targeting doubled lithium production by 2025, as well as neighbours Century Lithium (LCE CYDVF) who has issued a pre-feasibility study referencing a 26% after-tax internal rate of return and an NPV of $1.03B, hinting at the potential of CELL's project.
With $7.0M in its treasury, CELL is fully funded for its 2024 exploration and is well positioned in Nevada due to its highly favourable conditions and a team that boasts a decade of experience in lithium exploration in the state.
