i certainly don't profess to know what these folks are thinkin but....to me, reading that last NR, the tone of it seemed to indicate that they had no intention of have this done within the '14 days' just expired.  ceo alluded to 'we'll keep you updated' and 'meet the the required reporting to regulators' type drivle.   hard  to understand, what

So just my own comments on a couple of things, you have to read the news release carefully and then I guess it is all in how we each interpret the information. That being said, the news reads "the company expects to file by the 12th of January" it does not say that it will. We have no idea what these delays are, but most here are not buying just the financing reason given by the company

We'll ol_griz, I'm pretty sure that you have been around long enough to know that there are really very few company's out there that care about their retail shareholders. For obvious reason's they have more obligation to the institutional boys and fund managers, but only so much. Investing 101 drilled into my head, many, many years ago.

Well, with the endless dilution her share has actually been dropping. The thing is - all the reasonable people are long gone. They aren't shareholders. Only members of the cult are left and they are slow to wake up. That's why 'only' 10% drop today, and that's why it is still above 0.001 - the price where it belongs
