"as we increase production from 2,000 tonnes per annum to our planned total nameplate production of 7,500 tonnes per annum over our first few years of production" The 1st step from 0 to 2000 tpa could be a bear. Increase from 2000 tpa to 7500 is over the first gew years of production, but when, if at all, will production actually start?

"Ucore completion of an SMC". That should mean commercial production and sales, rather than meaning SMC is mechanically complete, with all equipment installed, but not producing/selling commerically. The latter is much easier to achieve (or claim) than the former.

"ucore will keep moving those goalposts. SMC late 2026". Wasn't the customer need so urgent that Ucore had to go with a brownfield in Louisiana rather than a greenfield in Ketchikan to save a crucial year?
