Sea Dragon Energy Inc. (
TSX: V.SDX,
Stock Forum) dropped 20% to 2 cents Thursday after the company announced its 2014 financial results and released its guidance for 2015.
Sea Dragon is an oil and gas exploration and production company with assets in Egypt. Aside from participating in an infill drilling campaign in the second half of 2015,
the company said in a press release it will continue to focus on costs and G&A reduction.
Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. (
TSX: V.PKK,
Stock Forum) was unchanged at 2 cents after the company said Jones Gable and Co., the lead agent for a proposed $3.5 million private placement financing has withdrawn.
The company says it has a short list of potential candidates to replace Jones Gable. Meanwhile, it plans to proceed with a 5:1 consolidation of its securities, reducing the number of issued and outstanding shares to 27.9 million from 139.9 million.
Peak Positioning also said in a press release it is still in the process of fulfilling the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange to obtain approval for the proposed acquisition of LongKey Kong Kong Ltd.
