The proposal is on the MNP web site. They offer to pay a fraction of the debt owing over 5 years. Given who is offering the amount, I would leave it to the reciever to sell the real estate and put ...more

1. Go to Sedar. Get the name & action  - voluntarily filed.  2. Go to Office of Superintendent of Bankruptcy. Not CCAA but bankruptcy  3. Search the lists. There are fees , not ...more
