80% chance of boc cut

Since it won't actually matter when they cut they should deliver since market gave them greenlight.. if nothing else it should stop the BLEED.  NOW IF BOC CUTS WITH VNQ BREAKING OUT OR ...more

XRE down 4% while VNQ 2%.  Also I am getting an alert today that VNQ crossed above 200 moving day average.  Technicals are looking there, but somehow, someway, some CAD reits are near FALL ...more

A couple weeks ago HR caught a solid earnings bid with 600k volume one day as it rallied for 3 sessions in a row or up 5%.  2 weeks later its back at $9 and trading sideways and dead again. how ...more
