PEA...

PEA...A really good friend of mine texted me asking what the possible explanation for CNCs price and volume movement today was.

My immediate answers was "PEA".

When mine friend asked me what "PEA" stood for I said Preliminary Environmental Assessment.

Mark's been talking about the PEA being a mid summer of '24 thing and what I'm noticing about Selby is the boy delivers. Therefore, my sense is a PEA is near, and that will open the floodgates to big time government dollars. Once the politicians start guranteeing loans, private sector capital [should] flood in. I think the only thing I am worried about...???...no wait that's wrong...that's for another company. I am not worried at all about CNC. I am astounded.

The only thing I fear is not being able to hit my target number of shares before the price takes off.
