Even though Aecom has underperformed the others in the last few trading days, we are pretty much trading at same level since two months ago : same for Atrl, Stn, Wsp (worse), Bdt (better), etc. There is heavy resistance at 17$ and it will take some time to reach the 20$+ level.

Great response and point of view! And yes a bit of resistance, undersdanbly so, but one more quarter to mop things up in isle #1 and Aecon will surge forward! A great time to accumulate more now  without having to chase it later. We all know what a bargain it is at $17 , before the 5 major awards get valued into the backlog over next 2 quarters. Any settlements from problematic contracts will ...more
