Schneps not giving FOMB communication context on Montalva

Schneps not giving FOMB communication context on MontalvaThe FOMB doesn't have anything to review because we haven't submitted anything since our Oct 23 settlement with PREPA.  Per Jeff a month or two ago we are getting our ducks in a row and are close but we want to get a quick and dramaless approval at the time and are getting a deal to submit that IS financially and will work unlike all the other RPF failures from other companies that rushed in and didn't know what they were doing.  This is happening and the FOMB will approve it when we submit it.  I'm guessing early this summer as we were getting close a while back.
