Site has been "out of sorts" since the beginning of the trading day.

Took 20 minutes to speak to someone only to be told they are experiencing technical problems.

Some stocks have passed my sell/buy price but nothing shows up on the activity page.

Have my orders gone through? They cant even confirm this during our conversation.

Retail traders are at such a disadvantage. You can bet that their own trading floor would never experience this sort of snafu.

I understand you may be referring to the quote occurring on Monday November 8th, it emanated from technical difficulties at TSX with dissemination of market data.

Once TSX was able to resolve their issues with telcos to disseminate market data, the issue was resolved.
