Thank you for all the well wishes. The liver transplant took place June 11 and 13. Had some complications with bile leakage wich necessitated a second operation. I am now at home recovering. Back in March of this year my GP recommended I see a liver specialist following a Cat Scan I received after passing a kidney stone. It took some 8 months to get this appointment. 20 days after my 51st birthday I was advised I have cancer of the liver.
