400 million shares or so

What would happen if we go to 400-500 million shares or so. Would the SP get worse it already is? If the compny gets enough cash operation and produces about 20k per year and drillings on property ...more

I believe we are allowed to demand a copy of the proxy list, so that we know who all the shareholders are, and we are allowed to demand a special meeting.

Of all these so called pro's calling for gold to explode, just to have it go lower & lower. Gold won't go up till JP Morgan says so. Simple as that.

No one is buying more land

They already own the land that they are JV    as for the rest just bend over and hope they are gentil and it it won't hurt tooooo much.... Ya rright crazy to dilute this much at this ...more

I highly doubt that SPROTT would be part of this massive dilution, they would be shooting themselves in the foot. SPROTT should buy the company outright and kick out the current management. At this ...more

If shareholder's were to block the financing at the AGM (which is highly doubtful) and they are unable to secure additional funds, they most certainly would go out of business.  What do you ...more
