I have looked at all the permits and the only ones that are up are ones that are still being worked on,none of the permits in the whole database have the designation APPROVED!

so what I am thinking is that they have finaly got the GD thing and a NR is on its way

having said that we all know how the beurocrats work and they pulled the info for some other dumb azz reason (mabe because someones pen ran out of ink while signing the permit)

its all conjecture at this point of the game but its my best shot at trying to figure out what is happening
