Yep.  Tree73 posted info on March 21.Thank you Tree.  Would you mind making another contact.     Mid week, next week, a month will have passed.It is concerning that so much time is passing.The chant of $3 by Spring could still be repeated but of course it will be Spring 2012.

It's easy to tell stories. I have one. The permit was issued 2 weeks ago but the company wants to keep it a secret till gold breaks 1,500 dollars. They think this will cause more increase in the share price.

re permits;It is very frustrating having to wait so long.  Still we can be 99.9% sure that they will come in 2011 and we can be 99% sure they will come this months.It mat help if we concentrate on doing out income taxes which are due April 30

Spoke with Investor Relations half hour ago and they are waiting like we are.  There are no issues and this isnt expected to delay mining.  They expect to be pouring gold in the summer.

I checked the azdeq website for an update on the 51112 permit. When I went to the database nothing was returned.Can someone else verify this. What does it mean?Tree

Tree,I have looked at all the permits and the only ones that are up are ones that are still being worked on,none of the permits in the whole database have the designation APPROVED!so what I am thinking is that they have finaly got the GD thing and a NR is on its wayhaving said that we all know how the beurocrats work and they pulled the info for some other dumb azz reason (mabe because someones
