RE: PERMIT has been issued....Time to Buy....When YNG was waiting for it's Consent Decree from the Nevada Enviromental Department, I called the Attorney General's Office and the senior person there told me, "it's on his desk" and he will be sighning it that afternoon"...I said thank you, and then place a bid for 100K YNG shares...at .18....and was filled.....next morning the NR came out...and the share price went up...
The point I'm trying to make is that these public servants don't realize that this information they have is vital market information....and money can be made on it's knowledge.......Richard
