Time to Buy....When YNG was waiting for it's Consent Decree from the Nevada Enviromental Department, I called the Attorney General's Office and the senior person there told me, "it's on his desk" and he will be sighning it that afternoon"...I said thank you, and then place a bid for 100K YNG shares...at .18....and was filled.....next morning the NR came out...and the

The company's official head office address is in Vancouver and so I would assume all mail would go there.  That's across the border so i wouldn't expect the delivery to be as speedy as some might think.
