 It's called the BNN effect. If someone one Market call picks a stock or says good things about it it can climb 5 % or more within minutes, then more in the next few days rise even more. If you check the charts you can see when Mr. Cook made it one of his top picks.
  But the chances are good it will go back to the 40's in the next few weeks.
