sorry but a stock does not pop this much simply because 'nobody knows about it' blueeyes lol. It looks as though there is some type of leak, either a news leak, or someone on the ground has info on a big find, but that type of leak is noticeable, this looks more like a news leak. If this is not a news leak, it is simply some big money coming into the position, and people looking for signs ...more

It's called the BNN effect. If someone one Market call picks a stock or says good things about it it can climb 5 % or more within minutes, then more in the next few days rise even more. If you check the charts you can see when Mr. Cook made it one of his top picks.  But the chances are good it will go back to the 40's in the next few weeks.

whats wrong blueyes? didn't get smacked around enough in real life to realize you shouldn't have such a lip? Instead you decide to hide behind a keyboard with it?   Now I understand responding somewhat harshly, and/or a little lip here and there, I have done so myself, but you bring it to a while other level with your thigh horse. I understand your need to fill your ego with your ...more

It would seem that the theory that the increase in volume and price is due to a leak, is nonsense. The majority of the buying is coming from a person or organization buying through National Bank. National has bought 6,243,200 shares since Sept 1 and sold only 520,431. It smacks of institutional buying and I really doubt that they are trading on inside information.Shawk

Yes you are correct sir, I was so very sad when I woke up to see sell stops executed at day highs.. I'm sorry, are you having trouble reading letters before your eyes? Thats kinda sad... not as sad as you spending your free time watching Charlie Brown, with the ability to name insignificant characters like the 'teacher' with exact quotes, but sad none the less. What I said was we had a ...more
