RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Myths in the industry & ALP secret weapon to convince Tesla!@micromanager :
These are the data published by Focus graphite on their corporate presentation (page 3) :
7.9MT at 15%, 98% carbon concentrate.
More detailes for the flake size distribution and purity in page 17 :
+80 mesh :33,5% (distribution) at 98,3% concetrate purity
-80 to +150 mesh : 29,8% (distribution) at 98,2% concentrate purity
-150 to + 200 : 16,6% (distribution) at 98% concentrate purity
-200 mesh : 20% (distribution) at 91,1% conccentrate purity

and yes these number are very impressive (the most impressive I found for any graphite play in the market), no doubt they were the first and only ones to have signed an offtake agreement (with a chinese conglomerate for 20.000+ tpa, in december 2013).

the problem is their very high capex (160 million$).

so even their offtake agreement didnt get them financed after one year of signing it....this says a lot about the graphite industry....personally I believe very low capex projects have better chances of success (FDR, ALP, GLK, Elcora, CCB...)
