But it appears they are offering 1 of their shares for 10 of ours, so in my reckoning there would be no gain. My 100,000 shares at todays SP of .13 is worth $13,000. But at a 10/1 swap I would end up with 10,000 of their shares at approx $1. worth approx the $10,000.
A 9 bagger would be a straight swap of one of our shares for one of theirs.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
