Tudor is getting bashed and bashed on the Tudor board by the SEA gang. Or by uninformed posters pissssed that they are raising some funds to keep things moving. Huh? It would be a constructive use of time to help out over there too. These management teams need our support, not our beetching about this and that. In case you haven't noticed, this junior market has been a bloodbath and these guys should be supported, and yes, rewarded for all the effort to keep things together in tough circumstances. I have no issue with any of these individuals and teams being compensated. And I don't think the numbers are unreasonable. Are you aware that geologists are now charging $800-$1200 per day? That's the going rate. Do the math. What is management worth?

In case you are unaware, I have never bashed Tudor management.  I think they are doing a great job. The current financing they are doing is absolutely fine with me, the more the merrier. AMK and TUO shareholders should hope they raise as much as possible, regardless of price, because it means more exploration is possible. Importantly, no dilution here for AMK & TUO. I disagree about

And that is most certainly not a fair comparison. The 2 companies are very different, and always have been. Now, if you took the time to go out and compare with 100-200 other peers in the same bracket you may be presenting something more reasonable and fair. I have taken the time and that is why I am totally comfortable with what all 3 of these management teams are getting for compensation. Put

Rockport, The irony here is that I really like the potential of TUO as well. I really like it! It just pisses me off when shareholders are attacking one another instead of channelling that energy into the bigger cause. Is that really what these boards are for? Wouldn't it be far better to have new potential investors see unity and support for the JV and its 3 partners instead of "buy
