Insider Selling

Sold 62K shares on Friday, looking to unload 688K more this week. Will be interesting to see if someone picks them up at 0.05 cents (ask price): Jordan Capital Markets. Could this be John Gingerich selling? Perhaps some of the other insiders should buy these in an act of good faith to the Parkson Star deal? Perhaps Eric Guo should buy them.

Shlinker I'm curious why you wondered if it could be John Gingerich selling. It made me think that in the recent circular about Parkson and all, there was a provision for a settlement with John Gingerich should he leave the company. I hope someone can confirm this because my memory is less than perfect. Or, is this what you were referring to, and what led you to think he may be the insider ...more

No Terarm, I wasnt specificially talking about the provision of Gingerich leaving the company in relation to the Parkson MOU. I certainly hope that is not the case. I simply had the notion that since he is no longer the CEO after an official vote by shareholders - made me wonder if it was him selling. Either way, at this point i think the cross of shares happened as part of a deal. The shares were ...more
