AFCG expected to IPO DURING THE WEEK OF February 16.

AFCG is expected to begin trading, in the US, during the week of February 16. The company will debut as a US REIT as a financial company providing loans of around $10 million or more to US companies operating in the Cannibas space. The IPO price has been set at $19.00 US per share. I expect that because of the nature of the IPO the demand for shares, when the company begins trading, could be quite strong.
