For anyone who is considering an investment in US IPOs that will becoming to market, soon, or have been filed for just go to the IPOSCOOP website and click on the calendar. THe calendar will show a list of IPOs, if the IPO has been priced yet and if a date that the security is expected begin trading has been determined as well as other key information. You can click on the security, in the list, that you may be curious about and a new page will appear on screen showing the description of the security as well as other available key information about the company that has been made available.
