What is driving this down/

What is driving this down/Does anyone have some insight into why this supposedly stable, and darling of the analyst's, stock is slowly letting he air out of it,s tires. It has been on a steady decline ever since the upgrade season began. I can't find any negative news and, in fact, there has been nothing but good news stories about this company over the past few months. I recognize the daily trading volume hasn't been high but it never is with this company.
