it's interest of Brookfield
to have share price go as low as possible. So when it takes it over, it will get more than 99.9 percent of ARF without taking trouble to bankrupt it. That's why i put 0.01 bid here.

There will be lawsuits which may force the company into bankruptcy. Another possibility is to issue shares for the notes but you may have issues with trade creditors.

Debentures worthless
Looks like Brookfield put the screws to the company....had to happen eventually. Existing management is incapable of turning this company around. Debentures are worthless and Shares may follow

Bonds and debentures are not in the deal. 190 millions debt plus the equity wipped out. Sold the debentures at 20$ in november took my loss, was expecting something like this.
