I'm sure Mr Anderson is a good guy. I don't know him personally but I do know a bit about his background and what his vision was riding in to right Armtec over Phillips' assembly of over paid for assets. BUT>>>>>Anderson has had the chair for awhile and other than making company videos and overstated catch phrases that are intended to brand the company within a mandate that is truly over its fighting weight he has done nothing. He never replaced talent that was displaced nor did he hire industry talent to sell sell sell. Construction sales are very relationship driven as well as service oriented. Armtec is not delivering on the sales side nor has its service kept up with the competition. Its become too cumbersome for most customers to navigate and any loyalty customers had has been long forgotten. This is all on Anderson. The gap between his promises and delivery is too great. In spite of todays stock value jump there is no light at the end of the tunnel. This dog doesn't and won't hunt as it presently appears. Sell the losing divisions and try and keep the winners but really give us a clear picture of what the hell is going on!!!!
