Or is it that they think if they say nothing, nobody will notice how bad things really are? Its not that the squeaky wheel gets the grease, its that there's no wheels left to grease.

Glad: Anyone with shares will notice.   There really isn't much to celebrate within Armtec.  They keep pissing money away on stuff that doesn't address customer requirements or improve efficiency in operations. I'm sure Mr Anderson is a good guy. I don't know him personally but I do know a bit about his background and what his vision was riding in to right Armtec over Phillips' assembly of over paid for assets. Truth - What you say is true. BUT - Anderson isn't being kept up to speed with what is really going on. He can't be. His senior executives are making uninformed decisions and he will take the fall for it. The issues in western Canada are not improving - WHY? - No leader - simple. Your comments about relationships are spot on. The competitors can read and are circling in the bloody water.

Welll the way I see it these are desperate times at Armtec. The future is only seen in limited weeks right now and if you are in the big chair you better be dam sure you know what's going on. The senior management team needs to take hold and manage this crisis. The facts are the entire team has not performed well and Anderson is included in my broad statement.
