Welll the way I see it these are desperate times at Armtec. The future is only seen in limited weeks right now and if you are in the big chair you better be dam sure you know what's going on. The senior management team needs to take hold and manage this crisis. The facts are the entire team has not performed well and Anderson is included in my broad statement. I am puzzled by the lack of leadership from the board. Ron Adams is chair and he could oversee an intelligent restructuring that would break the company up and allow the Con Force group to reassemble and lead in Western Canada. In Toronto the managers are hiding under their desk and looking for blame as the clock ticks down. The stock price is pathetic and so is the way the company is lead at this point. They need to be telling us about wins if there are any.
