Brookfiel is very smartIf ARF is sold, they get their monny back plus interest plus 5 million bonus, otherwise they wipe out all debts and almost all value of shares, start as NewCo. I am quite interested in NewCo. Let's see q4 financials. If they can get 10 million of EPITDA as the guidance says, buness can go on for while, it is supposed to have 50 m of EPITDA in 2015. if so, the new company will be great investment.
