ADS might be interested also contech as well. Both US based and could handle the drainage side of things. I would bet on private equity to take the precast business in pieces with old castle grabbing Brooklin. And yes I do have Mark Anderson's phone number and there is absolutely no point in talking to him now. He never really knew what he had and he sure as hell doesn't know how to get rid of what he's ruined.
