RE:RE:DrainageI think ADS taking Armtec would cause monopoly issues and would create another start-up for sure. Don't know much about Contech but they appear to be more than capable.
There are one or two more US drainage suppliers whos names escape me but I remember them being big enough for a pruchase like this.
Whoever does take it over will surely need to clean up the excess top management staff. I've never seen a company so top heavy with bagage like this one has. Non experienced bagage.
