Imo, Callidus news should be bullish for Alaris.

They cut the dividend because they need $$$ to support the new loan opportunities (which means the market is good for loans).

In contrast, Alaris has a lot of available cash so they don't need to cut the divy but should benefit from the opportunities for new investments.
