today just looks like Callidus spillover if I had to guess

it will blow over, simply because Alaris is not Callidus!

Down 4% because an unrelated company cut its div...this is brutal SP behaviour. It really does trade like junk. Sad for a once proud stock.

Had to sell the position some time ago due to the change in taxation on corporate passive income. Taking a salary now to reduce the taxable income to the corporation so jumped in today for 3000 shares at 15.65.  No logic when it comes to AD. Spock as a Vulcan would have gone mad.  My biggest positions are still GC and TSGI along with DIV.

Imo, Callidus news should be bullish for Alaris. They cut the dividend because they need $$$ to support the new loan opportunities (which means the market is good for loans). In contrast, Alaris has a lot of available cash so they don't need to cut the divy but should benefit from the opportunities for new investments.

I don't know about y'all but I just picked up some more from this whole non-sense. Just looks like another buying opportunity to me before their next decent sized deployment, which will slingshot this back up big time while I keep raking in those fat divs.
