The stark reality of financing in this sector. I would imagine its what keeps alot of retails away from it for now. Not to mention alot of the big corps. (not that they need worry too much about that if they're providing the dough - so to speak). But I'm sure Constallations doesnt like that big red mark on their balance sheet.  Its nice to have money, especially in this sector. But
