17.7 Net, 7.2 miilion adjusted ebhida

if we consider an improvement in sales/gross margins and continue on with positive growth from q4 as follows, I don't think it unreasonable to see another significant improvement:

Aleafia Health Reports 2020 Year End Results, Record Quarterly Revenue

  • 233% increase in Q/Q cannabis net revenue
  • $4.3 million positive adjusted EBITDA in Q4 2020
  • 42% and 501% increase in Q/Q medical cannabis and adult-use net revenue, respectively
  • Significant product portfolio expansion with 31 new SKUs launched since October
I'm thinking the agressive expansion into recreational was just the beginning of the revenue increase Q4 and that the full weight of it will be felt Q1.  Along with a dramatic increase in bulk outdoor-grow sales, cost 0.10c/gm.  They did what 32,0000kg, previous year 11,000.  Despite the oversupply, being able to see so cheap with still making good profit should bode well for Aleafia. Along with a whole host of other positive developments.

We will see!
not an insider educated guess.

Are you high? Q4 was just a bulk sale? There wasn't any big improvements in medical or recreational. they did 4 million total of recreational and medical sales. That won't increase much this Q. Let's be very liberal and say an additional 2 million. Thst is 6 million from those 2 revenue streams.  the rest is bulk sale again. So total revenue will be 10 million or less. & ...more

Bulk sales are pass. My guess is 15M give or take, with minimal wholesale. These guys have only focused on retail and medical sales. Good margins. Duh.

Huh? How do you figure $2 million outdoor wholesale even they said in november that they had already contracted $16 million in sales from outdoor grow op with majority in q4. That would leave 6 million for q1 plus any incremental sales. I am also hoping they are receiving slightly better pricing on the remaining contracts. Maybe that would be optimistic. You're right stocktracker and as such I don't think the havd a realistic shot at posting more than 8 million in revs for q1. If the condo in at 7 million that headline number will not be viewed kindly by those not closely following the company with revs down 50% yoy and sequentially.

This is much harder work than being being able to ship so much of your wholesale inventory to another LPS and book close to $3/gram. Now they are in a very competitive space either trying to get shelf space or to make market share inroads competing primarily on price to bring over new customers. Hope they are successful domestically but really shines a spotlight on how important those ...more

I am looking hoping for a buyout but covid restrictions have really helped to play havoc with developments at aleaf by delaying EU GMP which was an appealing feature for possible acquirers while also limiting their ability to sell into those markets (along with the requisite red tape).

Clearly they have a lot of work to do. Shows hospital reliant they have been on wholesale and that they possibly shifted more wholsale sales to q4 from initial plan to make the numbers a little more respectable. That means only about 3000kg wholesale left unless they entered into the qtr with some wholesale inventory. Those medical numbers should not be expected to grow exponentially. Adult has ...more

Could it be possible that they sold some biomass in the previous quarter? The company didnt report it in the actual harvest numbers this year, though we know in years past that WMD and NRTH reported biomass numbers for their total yeild. Geoff was very clear that the 31,200kgs was flower. That might account for the lower wholesale price.

I think you're on to something. Could it also be POSSIBLE there is much more going on than what the black & white has indicated? Is there is an inadvertent error in some of the discussed addtion, subtraction and multiplication has yet to be determined. Eleven days and counting. I'm rolling with a  $13-15m estimated Q1.

I agree on those figures. Actually, I think its kind of funny how suddenly the members of the short bus have resorted to absolute insanely outlandish comments. Do you think its possible some of them are working on borrowed money and time and are absolutely shtting themselves right now? Or are they just so dum that they really dont know?
