They dont have propper seed to sale tracking. Canada does. Whats more likely than this is AMCPR or whatever its called, when those licensees are growing more than their license allows, whos to know? Unless a whistleblower shows up its hard to catch without propper regular check-ups. But some of those operations are slowely being caught and the long schlong of the law is acting accordingly. What
