RE:Strange that no Insider or major shareholder is buying ...The latest news release is the explanation why nobody buying. At the intended) private placement of 0.04 or even at 0.06 of EO ... there was NO sale of 0.10 or more in the cards. Otherwise the unauthorized PP would have been higher. This explains also the missing words of "significant" more value etc. in the press release.
Additionally, it is uncertain WHAT will hapoen to the signed deal of the $ 5 Million PP ? Those are 100 million shares plus warrants ?
Who will pay a damage compensation for cancelling it ! Will big players of the unauthorized PP just walk away and simply accept everything or will they want to get their part of the cake ?
Could become more nasty ... as expected.
