Question to EO: Was ever a SALE on the table for AZX ?

Question to EO: Was ever a SALE on the table for AZX ?There is lot of rumour on sales or mergers in the past. Was ever a REAL offer since December 2017 on the table ??? It would offer at least a bottom floor for the falling share price... If a merger and anything else was just a fiction and no reality, then the share could fall even more ? Anybody could ask this question and post a summary for all of the questions with answers for all of us. PLEASE note: With all respect and no offence to anyone ... I am interested on the answer for EO and not by responses of the self-appointed experts and their assumption on this board. Many thanks.
