that is very true.

I am not sure how much of NBD is idled or if it is running at full capacity.

a 5c div would be about 12M. Brookfield also owns a majority share of NBD so I am thinking they will be reinstating dividends across the board on all their OSB assets. But time will tell.

I traded some ANS assets for NBD. ANS has much more upside potential but i feel NBD is a little more safer going forward.
