What am I missing?

I stumbled across this company and expected it to have 0 positive outlook, I have to be missing something; low debt, oil is flowing. Why is the price at $0.01?

It's not earning enough. I think 2020 should be a better year. We'll wait and see

They're giving this company to their new lenders. ask yourself where these new properties came from as well. Don't pay more than 0.005. Stay safe
