Good catch. Land will not have the ROI for a number of years and reinvesting in core business would be a good move.

Any selling on Friday was precluded by a very large purchase EOD Thurs at $26+. I wouldn't say Friday was heavey volume, just no buyers in a negative market. Not unusual for ACQ.

Someone bought a whack of shares at end of day thursday at around $26.50. Must have had confidence to trade in at $28 so you are probably correct.
