Debt

Is a big concern when intrest rates are rising. That and a 400 million share float takes something special to move the share price higher. In my opinion this goes a lot lower.

Only startups and juniors share data at this early stage.  The only data they share will be 3rd party reserves assessment, probability of success and next steps. Dont forget Total is not some ...more

Fidelity now owns 10% of Africa Oil

According to the Swedish financial inspectorate Fidelity has flagged an increased holding of over 10% in Africa Oil as of yesterday.

Total is not a pumper they simply stated the DST, which takes a long time to assess pressure over time, was positive which translates into positive commercial determination.  In Europe they ...more

You do not hit paydirt on every well you drill.  NARA 1X is 30km to the northwest of Venus 1X.  It was not commecial, but that does not necessarily mean there were no hydrocarbons.

If you look at Totals stock it's actually up. Namibia might not be their only project but it does kind of look like a ton of shareholders bought in thinking they'd get hard numbers and success ...more

They reported positive result which means its a commercial resource. A drill stem test (DST) is a procedure for isolating and testing the pressure, permeability and productive ...more
