I agree. Unless there is a reason you need the extra money why borrow the extra, unless they are using it to finance the drilling in Nigeria? Otherwise it is a waste of money with high interest ...more

Since this is extended, and Preowei FID will cost 2.1B, prime will need to pay 16% of that or 336M. So AOI part of that is 168M... Not to mention
