Only questions: Why do you pay a semi-annual dividend that hasn't changed in years? Is $47 Million unattainable? paid out in dividends like a normal company impossible? $.10 via 4 X $.025 divys would make sense.   let's start there, having addressed the lowest hanging fruit. Ok cool, thanks

Peasant BoD empire builders loaning themselves untaxable corp funds of millions means they need to conserve cash to keep loans to csuite up and have some left over for next pip squeak empire building move. They are just granting themselves options, paid for with corp loans to their persons.....and selling after they pump the S with buy backs....it's a scam If you want divs buy ENCC or ENCL ...more
