Only questions:

Why do you pay a semi-annual dividend that hasn't changed in years?

Is $47 Million unattainable? paid out in dividends like a normal company impossible? $.10 via 4 X $.025 divys would make sense.

let's start there, having addressed the lowest hanging fruit.

Ok cool, thanks

Peasant BoD empire builders loaning themselves untaxable corp funds of millions means they need to conserve cash to keep loans to csuite up and have some left over for next pip squeak empire building move.

They are just granting themselves options, paid for with corp loans to their persons.....and selling after they pump the S with buy backs....it's a scam

If you want divs buy ENCC or ENCL paying 14-17% divs monthly. I got $45K in divs March alone on those two.

Just dump AOI in few months when hits 3.30 again come back in late 2026 buy bach at 2.15sell in 12 mths at 2.85 buy back in 2027 and hold for 3-5 years.

There are far to many high yield opportunities to be tied up.  AOI is a safe (great financials) with 70% chance of 5 banger increase in next ten years.
