But isn't this exactly how things like BHP were born? Despite all the dumping on Bullrun, current management has a huge stake in this company and nobody has explained to me how they would be successful by screwing current shareholders as they are shareholders themselves. Having been part of public companies before, there is so much going on that is not known and we're simply outsiders trying to guess and are likely often quite wrong. The have all the incentive in the world to make this stock fly. Unless someone can make a compelling case as to why they would not?
